Why a buyer should care
A constraint, not a quality mark. If a part is ITAR-controlled, buying it into India involves export licensing and long lead times — which is exactly the lead-time problem Indian buyers keep describing.
These are claims published by the suppliers themselves. We have not seen the certificates. Always ask for a current certificate and its scope before placing work.
